I’ll give them credit, the broadheads do feel sturdy right out of the package, and they were sharp enough to use. The threads went on without any hassle, and they don’t feel like some super cheap throwaway set, so that part was fine.

My issue is the way they’re described makes them sound a lot more polished than they actually are. A couple of mine had a rough-looking finish, and one blade had a tiny bit of play in it. I used these on one deer and the hit looked solid, so I figured the tracking would be straightforward. Instead, the blood trail was really spotty for the first 40 yards, which made it way more stressful than I expected. I did end up finding the deer, but I thought the trail would be better

I cleaned them up after a few shots and figured I might as well try using them again instead of tossing them right away. they still worked fine, so I don’t feel bad about getting a little extra use out of them.

I’ve had a few broadheads bend or get chewed up after hard hits, so with these, I was mostly paying attention to the ferrule.

I shot one into a hog and it caught bone solid. When you get it back and check it over, you kind of expect something to be off, but the ferrule was still straight and the threads looked fine. The blades took some damage, but that’s not really surprising.

I’m not trying to make it sound like magic or anything, but the build feels tough. I’ll keep running them this season and see how they hold up.

I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response, but the order itself went smoothly. I’d probably still order again.

I was a little surprised, but these flew just like my field points. I shot a few rounds in the backyard after dinner, probably around 25 yards, and didn’t have to mess with my sight at all. They hit right where I was aiming, even with a bit of wind kicking up. Happy with them so far...

I put these on my arrows in just a few minutes. There wasn’t any weird fit issue or, actually, I was expecting to have to mess with them a lot, but they screwed on easily and lined up well. I got decent results when the shot was clean, so it’s not like these are bad broadheads. But when I caught shoulder bone, did it perform the way I was hoping? Not really. It didn’t completely fail or anything, but the head came out looking rough and the penetration was just okay.

Maybe it was the angle, who knows? I’d still consider using them with a lighter setup or when I’m confident in really good shot placement, but if you’re hitting hard bone, wouldn’t you expect a little more toughness? For me, 3 stars feels about right.
